€112.39

Trust inno sense eggbutt gag port. This cheek piece is used to lift the bit in the mouth encouriging the head to lift. It gives extra cheek and poll pressure and is slightly more severe than the loose ring gag version. Preferably used with two reins, one on the gag and on on the bit so the gag rein only comes into effect when necessary. The synthetic ported mouthpiece is ergonomically shaped to allow space for the horse's tongue, and is available in Medium or Hard.

Bits from the Inno Sense line can be used for every horse and particularly suitable for young horses and/or horses with a sensitive mouth. The synthetic material is FDA approved, which means the material does not contain plasticizers and is non-toxic to people and animals. How to Take Clothing Measurements

  1. Get a flexible measuring tape. These are often sold in craft stores

    • Have someone measure from the middle of the back of your neck to your wrist by putting the tape measure over your shoulder, around your elbow and to your wrist.
  5. Waist:
    • Wrap tape measure around where you normally wear your pants. Keep tape measure a little loose by keeping a finger between the tape measure and your waist.
  6. Inseam:
    • Put on a pair of shoes.Have someone measure from your crotch to back of the heel, where you want your pants to end.

How to measure your bit

The current bit size is often used to order a new bit. We will explain how to measure this below.

  • Measure the bit between the rings.
  • Bits from the brands that we sell have exactly the size that you measure between the bit rings. Do you have a bit from another brand? Measure this between the rings and if this is for example 12.5, you also order the new bit in that size.

Note that bits with longer shanks such as hackamore combi bits need more space so that they do not damage your horse.
