Delivery and Payment

We try our best to deliver your order as soon as possible at the delivery address provided by you. Orders placed on working days before 15.00 hours are shipped the same day if we have them on stock. On every product page an indication of the time it takes before we send the parcel. As soon as you have chosen the size/color of your choice the period is shown above the add to cart button.

For custom made articles / products made following your specifications there we carry a different delivery period based on the production time of the manufacturer. An indication for this period is mentioned on the product page of the specific product.

Prices in our shop exclude the shipment costs. Our shipment costs for parcels shipped withing the Netherlands are:

  • € 5,50 for orders under € 75,-
  • Free for orders from € 75,- and above

Shipment costs for destinations outside The Netherlands are displayed on the order page after you gave in the shipment address.

Delivery of your parcel within the European Union will normally take place with DHL. But we also use local carriers if that is a better option. After we shipped the parcel you automatically receive a track and trace code per email. Place note that it sometimes will be dropped in your spam box.

At horseridersclassics.nl you have the choice of several options for safe and easy payment. You can pay with iDEAL, iDEAL is a joint initiative of Rabobank, ABN AMRO, ING Bank, Postbank, ASN Bank and SNS Regio Bank. With iDEAL you can pay for your online purchases in a familiar, safe and easy way. You pay in your trusted internet payment environment at your own bank and use the same tools as with Internet banking.

As an internet banker, you can directly use iDEAL, without having to register for it. Always state the order number of your order. You can find your order number in your confirmation email. If you have not received a confirmation by e-mail, you can call our store or send an e-mail to info@horseridersclassics.nl. To pay for your order, click on the iDEAL logo. Then choose your bank and you will see the payment ready. You sign as you are used to with Internet banking at your own bank. A payment with iDEAL is immediately debited. We receive a confirmation online, so that a fast delivery is possible. With us you can pay for free with iDEAL.

Payment bank transfer

You use transfer via your bank or giro. You can pay to: Horse Riders Classics in Ansen. Always state the order number of your order. You can find your order number in your confirmation email. As soon as payment is received, we will send your order. If you have not received a confirmation by e-mail, please call our store at 0522 - 555 444 or send an e-mail to service@horseridersclassics.nl.

Postpay

AfterPay - Postpay (the Netherlands)

AfterPay carries out the full payment process for https://horseridersclassics.nl. This means that you can view and pay for a payment overview from AfterPay via the AfterPay App. With the AfterPay App you can arrange this securely and easily on your smartphone. In the online environment MijnAfterPay you can manage your payment overviews from your computer or tablet. AfterPay keeps you informed via push notifications & e-mail when a payment overview is ready for you. At https://horseridersclassics.nl you can pay afterwards up to an amount of € 250.00 if you pay for the first time via AfterPay. If you are already familiar with AfterPay, you can pay up to an amount of € 750.00. To approve your request to pay afterwards, AfterPay performs a data check. AfterPay has a strict privacy policy as described in its privacy statement. In the unlikely event that your request for payment with AfterPay is not authorized, you can of course pay for your order with a different payment method. In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you the following payment method (s). Payment must be made to Klarna.

Guarantee

We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it sometimes happens that an order breaks during transport or that something else happens that entitles you to warranty. Legally, you are obliged to report this to us within two months of the discovery of the defect. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

The manufacturer's warranty provisions apply to all items supplied, insofar as these concern manufacturing and material errors. The manufacturer's warranty period is usually 1 year. Warranty covers manufacturing defects and material defects. Our warranty expires as soon as the product has been worked on by third parties.

Complaints

It is always possible that something does not go quite as planned. We recommend that you first report complaints to us by emailing service@horseridersclassics.nl.

As of February 15, 2016 it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
